ABSTRACT

Peach Platinum Properties is a real estate company based in georgia focused on connecting clients to luxury homes they are interested in living in. They requested a updated logo, stationary and social media templates for use for their branding.

UPDATE

Logo development process, exploring what strong and unique symbols can be developed.
Branching into something completely different from the current logo, possible symbols relating directly to the name,
or shapes related tp luxury keys, or a strong shape.

Looked into using the handwriting in the name, maybe script typefaces for a one-off feel, to nod to luxury. This is where the idea of a emblem came into place, espically while looking at luxury brands that are more expsensive than well-known luxury brands.

When designing I became particulary inpsired by this incredible brand, and loro piana. They both have badges of some kind, and given the prices of the homes sold under peach platinum properties, this felt appropriate. I sought to balance the need for modern adaptations ( using this across social media) and the allure of something more elaborate, a ‘if you know you know’.
